Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order

Shipping is free worldwide, with no minimum spend. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay. We do not add shipping or handling at checkout.

Where we ship

We ship internationally. You will see whether we deliver to your address at checkout — if your country appears in the list, we ship there.

If your country is not listed and you would like it to be, email us. We add destinations on request where our carriers can reach.

Processing

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Most orders arrive within 7 to 10 days of ordering. That includes the
1 to 3 days it takes us to dispatch — it is not counted from the day
the parcel leaves the warehouse.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery to remote areas, island destinations and locations with slower customs processing can take longer. Peak periods such as Christmas add time across every carrier.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us
and we will resend it or refund you, whichever you prefer. You do not
have to argue the point with us.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Tracking can take 3 to 5 business days to start updating — this is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

Orders with several items

If you order more than one item, they may arrive separately and on different days. You are not charged extra for this.

Customs and import duties

For most destinations there is nothing extra to pay. Some countries apply import duties or taxes on parcels above a certain value, and where they do, these are set by your government and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot calculate or prepay them.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address before ordering. Once an order is dispatched we usually cannot change it. If you spot a mistake within a few hours of ordering, email us straight away and we will try to catch it.
