So they stand up. Then they can't balance standing, so they sit. Then they stand up again. That's the whole trip.
Raise them to the window, give them sides to lean on, and most of the fidgeting stops on its own.

The inside is 40 × 32 cm, sides 24 cm high. Your dog needs to fit curled up, not stretched out — under about 10 kg. There's a full size guide above with a diagram.

No. Back seat only. A passenger airbag deploys with enough force to injure a dog, and this seat sits high enough to put them right in its path.

The sides are 24 cm high, which stops most small dogs from stepping over. A determined climber will still try — zip the top shut and they won't get far.

The straps loop over the headrest and around the seat back, so the base stays where you put it. What it doesn't do is restrain your dog in a collision — see below.

No, and we won't pretend otherwise. This is not a crash-tested restraint and it hasn't been independently tested. It keeps your dog contained, off your lap and out of the front seat. If you want certified crash protection, buy a harness that's been through proper testing.
